The Xertz commercial, one minute, music only with no speech. It opens on Discord conversations where a practice round is being arranged and never quite happens. A debater types the /debate command, choosing an opponent, a resolution and a side. The two names appear either side of the Xertz slash, one marked AFF and one NEG. The Xertz bot sends each debater a private six-digit seat code, and entering it opens their round: a live video chamber with the resolution overhead, a shared countdown clock, the Lincoln-Douglas speaking order listed down one side, and each side's preparation time. Speech from the round drifts past as text. The film closes on the Xertz wordmark and the words Challenge. Debate. Improve.
