Accessibility at Xertz
Debate should not depend on how you see, hear, or move. We build Xertz to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at Level AA, and we test against them as the product changes.
What we have built and checked
- Every page can be operated by keyboard alone, with a visible focus ring.
- Text meets WCAG AA contrast throughout, including the quietest labels.
- Pages reflow to 320 pixels with no sideways scrolling.
- AFF and NEG are always written as words, never signalled by colour alone.
- Animation respects your reduced-motion setting.
- The round clock is announced to screen readers when the speech changes, not every second.
- The commercial carries a written description of the film for screen readers.
- Round pages are tested with automated and manual accessibility checks before release.
If something gets in your way
Accessibility work is never finished, and we would rather hear about a problem than not. Write to support@xertz.app with what happened and which screen you were on. We read every one, we answer, and we will tell you what we are doing about it.
